Mmasechaba M Tsotetsi

Mmasechaba Maki Tsotetsi, MD, has over 10 years’ experience in Communication and Events Management. She has a qualification in Public Relations Management & Communication and has also attended courses in Business Writing Skills, Photography, Emotional Intelligence and Entrepreneurship. She previously worked for Trade Conferences International (1 year), BMW South Africa (1 year 6months) and BHP Billiton (8 years).

Over the years she acquired a lot of skills, knowledge and better understanding of how the business works. She brings in creativity, problem solving skills and initiative which have enabled her to learn and adapt easily to any new environment. She also ran a successful fine dining restaurant in Witbank called Total Bliss Lounge; which specialised in Traditional Cuisine.



She has partnered with experienced Engineers from Ramusi and Sons (Pty) Ltd and Steel Action (Pty) Ltd who bring in Technical expertise. “I’m a strong believer of hard work and perseverance while maintaining high quality standards. I have learnt that in business there are no obstacles but only challenges that are there to stretch your capabilities and make you a better professional and individual”. “My goal is to run a profitable business, which will typically mean increasing revenue while limiting unnecessary expenses. I am committed to excellence. Second best does not lead to success. My personal goal includes maintaining only high standards and being proactive in raising the bar in order to achieve excellence in all areas of my business”. She strongly believes that as a Director of any business one needs to be enthusiastic about their work or cause and also about their role as a Leader. People will respond more openly to a person of passion and dedication.
